Medicine first.Beauty follows.

Aesthetic medicine practised as medicine. Every face is assessed before anything is offered, every dose is written down, and every result is reviewed at fourteen days — whether you ask us to or not.

Assessment, photography, written plan, fixed price. No treatment on the day unless the plan is obvious.

01The approach

The work that isn't the injection.

Most of what goes wrong in aesthetic medicine goes wrong before anyone picks anything up: the wrong problem gets diagnosed, the dose isn't recorded, and nobody looks at the result. We built the practice around those three failures.

45min

The consultation is a consultation

You are assessed at rest and in movement, photographed under fixed lighting, and you leave with a written plan and a fixed price. Nothing is sold in the room.

100%

Every dose is on the record

Product, batch number, units, depth and site — written down per injection, every time. If you move clinics, your record goes with you. Ask and it's emailed the same day.

14days

The review is booked, not offered

Your follow-up is in the diary before you leave. Adjustments inside that window are part of the treatment, not a second appointment with a second invoice.

02Treatments

Every treatment,
with its spec sheet.

What it is, how long it takes to work, how long it lasts, what it costs, and who shouldn't have it. Select one to read the detail.

    03Where to start

    Start from the concern,
    not the product.

Pick what actually bothers you. We'll show the route we'd normally take, in the order we'd take it, with a realistic timeline.

If I can't explain why a treatment will work on your face, I don't do it on your face.

Dr Amara Vance founded Meridian in 2014 after eleven years in NHS dermatology. She still sees every new patient herself, and she still turns away roughly one in six of them.

    • 2014 —Founder and lead physician, Meridian Aesthetic Medicine
    • 2009 — 2014Specialty registrar, dermatology, Central London teaching hospital
    • TrainingMBBS, MRCP (Dermatology). Advanced facial anatomy, cadaveric.
    • TeachingComplications and vascular occlusion management, faculty since 2018
    • GovernanceNamed responsible clinician for the practice's prescribing and audit

    05The clinic

    Two rooms,
    one appointment at a time.

A Georgian building off Marylebone High Street. No waiting room full of people, because there is only ever one of you in the building.

    What a first visit
    actually looks like

    1. You arrive to an empty buildingAppointments are spaced by forty minutes. You will not sit next to anyone.
    2. History before faceMedication, prior treatment, autoimmune and clotting history, and what has actually changed for you.
    3. Standardised photographyFixed distance, fixed lighting, nine angles. This is the baseline every later review is measured against.
    4. A written plan and a fixed priceEmailed before you leave, valid ninety days. Roughly a third of first visits end here, with nothing booked.
    06Our limits

    What we won't do.

Any clinic can list what it offers. This is the more useful list, and it is the reason a fair number of people don't book with us.

    • No 01
Treat you on the first visit, if the plan needs thinking about

Same-day treatment happens only when the assessment is unambiguous. Otherwise you go home with the plan and come back. Nothing about a face is urgent.

    • No 02
Sell courses of treatment up front

No packages, no prepaid blocks, no discount for committing to six of something. You pay per session, and you can stop at any point without losing money.

    • No 03
      Treat under-25s "preventatively"

The evidence for prophylactic toxin in a face that hasn't formed its lines yet is thin. We'd rather sell you sunscreen and see you in a decade.

    • No 04
Proceed when the motivation doesn't fit the face

We screen for body dysmorphic disorder as standard. If what's distressing you is unlikely to be fixed by a syringe, we say so, and we can refer.

    • No 05
Use product we can't trace to a named pharmacy

Everything is prescribed by the treating physician and dispensed by a registered UK pharmacy. Batch numbers are on your record. No exceptions, at any price.

    07Fees

    Published, and
    held for ninety days.

The price you are quoted at consultation is the price you pay, for three months. Ranges below are honest ranges — where you land depends on the assessment, not on the day of the week.

Consultation £95, redeemed in full against treatment taken within ninety days. Review appointments at fourteen days are included. Complication management for anything we treated is never charged.

    The ones people actually ask.

We reply within one working day with two or three times. If we don't think we're the right clinic for what you're describing, we'll say that instead, and suggest who is.
